If your username isn't an email address (older accounts), you can't get into that inbox, or the link doesn't work, contact . We'll verify that the account is yours before deleting anything. Please don't send your pin.

What we keep after deletion

• A record of the deletion request (no email address, only a one-way code) for up to 30 days, to prevent abuse and to show the request was handled.
• A short-lived marker for 7 days that stops a still-signed-in device from re-creating the account's data.
• Crash reports, which aren't linked to your account and expire automatically (about 90 days).
• Shared, anonymous "this video can't play here" notes (a video ID and country only).

Phones that still have the app keep their on-device data until the app is next opened with an internet connection. Then it signs out and clears that data. Uninstalling the app also removes it.
